Ladder Spurs
The perfect ladder safety device prevents the outward slip of your ladder & significantly reduces the chance of sideways slip at the top.
Easily fitted to your ladder in less than 1 minute with heavy-duty ratchet straps. Can be removed in only a few seconds.
The two independent Spurs simply wrap around ladder stiles and can be attached at any height position to allow for sloping ground.

Step One
Set your ladder at 1-in-4 angle and ensure that both feet are on firm stable ground.
Step Two
Fit the Ladder Spurs to the back of the ladder stile and make sure the rubber foot is in contact with the ground
Step Three
Open the ratchet and pass some of the webbing strap through the barrel and crank it up tight.
Step Four
Repeat on other side of ladder. You are now ready to use the ladder.
Step Five
To release, open the ratchet completely, activate the quick release and lift the spur upwards.
SAFETY NOTE Always ensure your ladder is at a 1-in-4 angle:- for every 4 metres up it needs to be 1 metre out.
